We moved production of the W.Nirschl Euphonium from India to Brazil. Long story. Bottom line we made a few changes which I believe you will find to be improvements.
1.) Bore size increased just a little in the I-700 and the I-800. This resulted from a manufacturing environment based in millimeters rather than inches. The bore in the first three valves was .580" and is now .590". The bore of the fourth valve was .650" and is now .670". The compensator bore is .630".
We made the valve clusters detachable. This is a big boon to the repair shop if they need to do any valve work.
Another significant change was to move the fourth valve on the I-700 on top of the first branch making it much easier to reach by players with shorter arms.
